Though he was included in the Texas A&M as a shortstop he has not played since he is more interested in football. He had not played baseball since high school.

Johnny Manziel Tweeted:

"Big thank you to the @Padres and @padresmikedee for selecting me in the MLB draft," "What a great day!"

Indiana Pacers was the top team in the regular season which was their goal because of a bitter lost in Game 7 of the East finals in Miami last year. It didn't work too well, maybe next year they should avoid game 6 in Miami too.

Miami Heat will have to wait for the San Antonio or Oklahoma City Western conference finals to see who will they be up against in the Finals.

UFC 172 Results: Anthony Johnson Impressive win, Jim Miller chokes Medeiros

This is a big win for Anthony Johnson as he dominated Phil Davis. Very impressive win. He was the underdog since many experts are expecting Davis to win, that he would be able to drop Johnson to the canvas and force out a decision. Davis wrestling skills is unmatched in mixed martial arts, and it was his clear advantage in securing a win. But that didn't happened,  since Johnson is clearly stronger than Davis, he shrugged him off with ease. Johnson has simply overpowered Davis.

In the lightweight division, Jim Miller has a great performance against Yancy Medeiros. Miller stalks Medeiros around the octagon, rocked him, then gave him the gulotine choke. The fight was over at the 3:18 mark. Medeiros went out instead of tapping out.

With an impressive win Miller is calling out top lightweights, "There are 9 guys ahead of me. Four of them are tied up or don't want to fight, so let me have one of the others. Khabib , Josh Thomson, T.J. Grant, give me any of them."

Miller is ranked No. 10 in the official UFC lightweight rankings.

In the main event of UFC 172, Jon Jones retain his championship by easily beaing Glover Teixeira but we were expecting that to happen.

In Round 8, Pacquiao landed a powershot to Bradley and leads the scorecard that put bradley in a big hole. Round 9, was action packed a lot of combination and both fighters traded punches, this is clearly not a snoozer fight like a Floyd Mayweather fight. Bradley try to score using combination but didn't produced.

Round 10 was also dominated by Pacquiao his combination and foot work has made Bradley tired and exhausted.

Bradley has definitely put up a better performance than in the first fight but it was not enough.
