Carmelo scored a career-high 62 points to break the franchise and current Madison Square Garden marks, and the New York Knicks beat the Charlotte Bobcats 125-96 on Friday night, the win also ended their 5 game losing streak.
Anthony made 23 out of 35, and had 13 rebounds.
Al Jefferson had 25 points and nine rebounds for the Bobcats.
