Beantown Blowout: Celtics and Lakers Face Double Elimination As Nuggets and Heat Aim For Rare NBA Feat

 

The storied rivalry between the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers is in danger of a humiliating conclusion - with both teams facing epic sweeps in the NBA conference finals.

Why are the NBA's most bubbly superstars kissing in this photo gone viral?

Questions emerged as quickly as the photo spread across social media platforms. How did paparazzi catch these rivals in such an intimate embrace? Are Stephen Curry and Lebron James dating in secret? Have they been playing on the same team all along?

They photo-bombed celebrity headshots and created the illusion that the two players were passionately kissing on the court.

Within hours of being posted on social media, the photo had been shared over 9,000 times. Quite surprisingly, not one person questioned how suspiciously perfect and posed the kiss appeared.

Golden State Warriors 2022 NBA Champions; Curry Finals MVP

The Golden State Warriors won their seventh NBA championship in franchise history, and their fourth title in the last eight years after defeating the Boston Celtics 103-90 on the road at the TD Garden in Game 6 Thursday night. 

The Warriors took a big lead thanks to a 30-8 run over the course of the end of the first quarter into the second, the Warriors were able to seize a 76-66 lead in the final 12 minutes of action of what could be the series-clincher. 

Stephen Curry is coming off a rough shooting night where he shot 0-for-9 from 3-point range. Curry scored 34 points, Andrew Wiggins 18 points, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson both got 12 points while Jordan Poole had 15 points coming off the bench. 

The Celtics dropped to 1-7 when they turn the ball over 16-plus times; they're 13-2 when they stay under that number. Jayson Tatum struggled again scoring just 13 points, Jaylen Brown lead Boston with 34 points and Al Horford got 19 points.

Stephen Curry deservingly got himself a Finals MVP.

Boston Celtics Advances to the Easter Conference Finals Defeated Toronto Raptors

Boston Celtics defeated Toronto Raptors in a wire-to-wire game 92 - 87. Jason Tatum topped all scores at 29 points, Jaylen Brown added 21 points for Boston. VanVleet had 20 points followed by Kyle Lowry at 16 points. Celtics will now advance to the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat.
