Mayweather After so many Years Finally Challenge Pacman on May 2
Undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally challenged Manny Pacquiao for a much awaited blockbuster world title fight on May 2, however he wants the bigger share of the proceeds. Well, that's reasonable since he is undefeated but it should not be too much. Pacquiao, had an impressive decision win against Chris Algieri last November in Macau, China.
Mayweather 37 (47-0, 26 KOs) said during an intervie on Showtime Sports last Friday, "We want the fight, we are ready. Let's make it happen on May 2. Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao. Let's do it. I am not ducking or dodging any opponent. Bob Arum is stopping the fight."
"I wanted that fight a long time ago and I am just waiting on them."
Pacquiao said Mayweather tried to offer him $40 million for a fight and Mayweather will also keep the pay-per-view money.
There there were the blood testing excuse by Floyd, it is clear that Floyd is ducking and making things up. I just hope this time he is really serious about fighting Pacman.
Floyd has been ducking Manny for years.
"I want to go out with a bang," Floyd said.
